Ceramic pots from Vietnam, terra cotta plant waterers from Bangladesh, baskets from Uganda..just to mention a few. Beautiful pieces for home or garden. Sale prices do not affect the wages artisans have been paid as all of our adult artisans are paid in full before the product arrives in North America
  • Mid Summer Warehouse Sale, mar 3 août - sam 7 août 2010, 10 - 5:30. Please visit our warehouse area Aug 3 - 7 for new selected sale merchandise and further markdowns on existing sale merchandise. Bamboo furniture to jewellery, there will be much to choose from. You can take advantage of these prices to be ready for Christmas or just for fun!Jewellery, handbags, soap, boxes, lamps, vases and more from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Thailand, Kenya and other countries we work with. Kiran, from KTS, has indicted to us that this has given the rug makers a huge boost, in some of their most difficult times. Our friends at KTS are so grateful for this special effort to promote their work. Please drop by the store for more information and to see the new designs!

The 28 new carpets from our Bunyaad Progran in Pakistan have arrived at the store including a beautiful 100% silk Persian. Come in and take a look.

July - Fair Trade for the Wardrobe. We have received jewellery and many new silk scarves from India, bangles made from horn in Kenya or wood from Indonesia, and assorted bags (embroidered silk or cottan, folded palm leaf) from Vietnam, Bangladesh, India and Thailand.
