Transit Windsor’s ‘Crosstown’ route stops at the corner of Chilver, just outside the Peerless Ice Cream store. We invite you to come and visit us, soon! Several landmark Canadian businesses started in Walkerville, such as: Hiram Walker & Sons; the Walkerville Wagon Works (which became the Ford Motor Company of Canada in 1903); and, the Canadian Bridge Company.
