It’s that time of year when the sun sets earlier and the nights get a little cooler. Some long for warm summer days to return, but not me! I love the feeling I get stepping out of the cold into my warm and cozy home and plugging in the lights on my Christmas tree.

As Canadians gather today at citadels, in school gyms and on parade route street corners to mark Remembrance Day, we’re reminded how lucky we are to be living in a country at peace.
