Why register at Ten Thousand Villages?

Ten Thousand Villages offers a great way to celebrate your special day while sharing your commitment to Fair Trade with friends and loved ones. With 36 locations across Canada and our online store, making purchases has never been easier for your guests.    Along with free in store pick-up, we also offer $7 flat rate shipping and free shipping over $100.

 

How do I let my guests know about my registry?

Once you have created your gift registry, you will receive an email containing a link to your registry. You can share this link with anyone you would like to have access to your gift registry. If you let your guests know you are registered at Ten Thousand Villages, they can simply mention your name in any of our stores and the staff will be able to pull up your registry details on the spot.

 

Is it possible to ship one gift order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you’d like some items to be sent to the registrant and others to a different address, you may do so by placing separate orders.

 

Can I return gifts purchased from my registry?

If you’d like to make a return or exchange, we would be happy to help. For more information on our policies, click here.

 

How long will my registry be posted after my event?

Your registry will remain active online and in stores for one year following your event.

 

If my guest buys something in-store, will it show up as purchased online as well?

Yes, whether your guest purchases something through your registry online or in-store, your registry will be updated to reflect this.

How will the items be shipped?

Ten Thousand Villages offers a variety of shipping options for our customers which include; free-instore pick up, Fed Ex Ground, Canada Post and Fed Ex Priority.  Customers will have the options to choose the preferred method when placing an order.

 

How long will it take for my registry to be available online?

Once you have created a registry in-store or online, it will be instantly available and you will receive an email with a link to the registry.
