New Hope Sari Potholders

Don’t burn your fingers! These sweetly simple woven potholders/hot pads are handcrafted from upcycled saris in Bangladesh. Because each piece is crafted from authentic sari material, colours and patterns vary widely. No two are exactly alike! Set of 3.

I think it's a great concept to recycle saris into these neat, colourful pot holders. I also like their insulating qualities and flexibility. I've ended up purchasing these for several friends after they've admired mine. I see they're no longer available online and hope more stock will be arriving.

I really love these, they're one of the best potholders I have ever owned. In my kitchen if it doesn't hold up to my tough standards, it's not worth it's weight in gold. I'm really rough with all my things in the kitchen and these have stood the test of time. I think I've had them for about 3-4 years. Going to buy more as the other potholders I have are pretty much useless. I'll never buy another standard potholder at all, even at local craft fairs. Great job ladies!!
