We recommend storing your coffee in the package in a cool dark cupboard. Beans retain their natural oils and flavours longer than ground coffee. Ground coffee should be used quickly after purchase. Beans can be stored unopened for 2 months but should be consumed within 2 weeks of opening the package. Grind the beans just before brewing. Use fresh, clean water. We recommend that you clean your coffee making equipment each time you use it so that coffee oils do not build up on the surface and affect the quality of the coffee in your cup.
The Bolivian coffee from Level Ground is my favourite way of supporting the fair trade movement. I made the decision a few years ago to always buy fairtrade coffee...it is a small but meaningful way to make a difference. Bolivian beans freshly ground each morning...ahhhh
This is my favourite coffee, bar none. There are others I like, but nothing else tops this one. I lived two years in Bolivia at a time in my life when I didn't appreciate coffee as much as I do now. Pity!

Great tasting medium roast coffee from Bolivia! I just wanted to say that in the city I live in Ten Thousand Villages is one of the very few places where I've found Bolivian coffee that I really like, seeing as I'm partially Bolivian by birth.
My go-to coffee blend. Its smooth and mellow. I often leave my coffee sitting around for hours after making it and this still tastes great later on.
