Spring is in the air! This modern turquoise chevron gives this tablecloth a lovely spring feel. Block printing, a stunning Indian artform, is a labour-intensive method used to print fabric. The printer moves from left to right, dipping the design block into the dye and stamping it onto the cloth. Each is hand-printed by makers from Asha Handicrafts in India. Asha, meaning 'hope' in Sanskirt works to ensure that benefits of handicraft production reach the makers themselves. They have helped 1,300 students go to university since 2008.
